Were introducing ‘No Contact’ Service Calls, Estimates and Installations

Milani is dedicated to keeping our staff and customers safe. Because of this, we are practicing social distancing with our service and we are happy to introduce ‘No Contact’ service calls, installations and estimates. Our company’s purpose and mission over the past 63 years has been to provide exceptional service to our customers in times of need, which seems particularly important today. Our promise to you is that we are open and ready to serve you 24/7, as an essential service we will continue to provide all services throughout the lower mainland.

You will find information on this page explaining the steps we are taking to keep you and your family safe and how our new and adapted services work.

All technicians entering your home will be wearing a fresh pair of latex gloves and boot covers. They will be sanitizing all tools before and after every service call and washing their hands regularly. We are supporting all staff to stay at home if they have travelled in the past 14 days or exhibited any symptoms of the virus.

How a ‘No Contact’ service call works!


Step 1 Call, e-mail or chat online with our customer service team to make a booking. Our Customer Service Team will schedule a day and arrival time frame of your choosing.

Step 2 Our Dispatch team will contact you 30 minutes prior to the technician’s arrival. Simply accept their confirmation to get your job started!

Step 3 Before the technician arrives, just unlock the main access point to your home or business so that the technician can enter unaided. Once the technician is on site, he will call you to confirm that they have arrived, safe to enter and that you and your family have separated yourself from the work area, in a bedroom for example.

Step 4 The technician will then enter your home and start working. They will keep you updated via phone calls throughout the service to make sure you are involved the entire time.

Step 5 Once all work is completed, they will call again to confirm the job is finished, run over your invoice and leave a copy in a place of your choosing.

Step 6 The technician will then leave your home and make one final call to confirm that you are ready to secure your home.

The job gets completed and we have had no direct contact with you or your family!

We can also complete online free estimates and “No Contact” installations if you are looking to install or replace your Furnace, Boiler, Air Conditioner, Heat Pump, Tankless or Filtration System.
